The only "training" I've had as far as the F-150 stuff goes is a combination of overhearing phone conversations that Corey and Bill have with customers and what I have learned from JackandJanet and 88Racing.

My mental resource library is growing but I am still learning so I am sorry for any confusion this has caused.

Just go with what these more knowledgeable people have said. They won't steer you wrong like some people I know will.
Yup! I'm glad you've found your way here too. Now we'll start looking for posts from you in the Superduty forum!

Appreciated again Jack. It's good to know that running it outside of O/D is okay, considering that's the way I've done it for awhile now. But everything you've said makes sense and is close to some of my thoughts, as well as others I have spoken to about this. I will definitely take more of a common sense approach from now on. If my first 150 miles of my trip are completely flat, I'm leaving the O/D on from now on. As soon as I hit those mountains...time to come out. Have a great day everybody.
