Is there something out there like...

I have a PowerCommander5 on my Harley and wanted to know if there is a product out there similar for the F-150. I have a Procharged 2003 F-150 and am looking for an all in one Wideband tuner/datalogger. The only way I can really explain it is that on my Harley the PCV plugs inline with the ECM. I can hook up my laptop to it and set target A/F ratios at all RPM's and throttle positions. I keep it installed year round and it will constantly "tune" the bike for changes in environment like outside air temp and pressure altitude.

For the most part, once it is installed its pretty hands off. Anythinglike that on the market?

Tuners/programmers for these trucks are not as liberal as your PCV for your Harley.
Not unless you buy software and some testing hardware.
Remember your bike is OBDI Dephi. A much simpler system.
These trucks get somewhat more challenging then the bikes. If your looking to really get into this check out SCT devices and the tuners who sell them also purchase a wide ban along with SCT's advantage software(I think its called this).
This will allow you the user to make adjustments as needed.
There are other tuning software companies on the market besides what everyone recomends on this forum but I forewarn you to beware of those other companies.

You will need a wide band and pass thru tuner like the Xcal3, etc.
This is a good breakdown of components. VMP or Troyer will have same/similar.

I should add: Some dealers will supply a base custom tune that you can work from and some won't. It saves so much time with a good starting point.
