gryphon problem
tried this morning to just load the stock transmission tune on the programmer and it brings up the same F1 code. Im gonna hook my truck up to my battery charger for a few hours and see what happens. But in the meantime driving on the stock tune sucks compared to bills performance tune

But, to determine the health of your battery, this won't tell you anything. You need to do a "load test" or, failing that, a "resting battery voltage test". As I said, a store like Autozone can normally do a load test for free. If you want to test your "resting battery" voltage, when you park your truck for the night, open the hood. Then, in the morning, without opening any doors, test the battery voltage at the terminals with a voltmeter. If the voltage is much below 12.7 V, the battery is suspect.
You need to let the battery "rest" before the test to bleed off the "surface charge" that's put on by the charging system. You can't open doors, because this activates some fairly high draw electrical components that would give you a false reading.
Hope this helps.
