Scott you will be so much more careful... slow down and watch your rpms. You realize how much it tanks. My truck will cruise with great mpgs even around town. The acceleration is what kills these trucks. If the speed limit is 40 and conditions allow, I do 45 so I am in OD pull great mpgs with lower rpms around 1000-1200

Have you ever tried to out some negative values on your TC lock and your 3-4 shift points to see if you could get even better MPGs?

I have not to be honest... maybe I will look into it over time... That would be nice to get into OD around 40.

Just an update... so far 300 miles and just above half way between 1/2 and 1/4. I am usually already below 1/4
