lol it definitely did.... my truck accelerated much faster. the thing picked up, instead of feeling sluggish with no pick up at all. The shifts are much firmer, but it definitely made the 0-50ish range a LOT quicker than it was before.

I imagine it would. Way more than a cold air intake or exhaust would. WAY more. The features alone these chips offer are worth it.

That's 99% perception. As was stated, L1 is a tranny-only tune. No power gains whatsoever.

You are experiencing the delights of removing a lot of the intrinsic delays in the stock strategy w.r.t transmission control.

Yes - go to L2 NOW. Then yer face will look like this:

It sure woke my 03 up, level 2 running 91 oct bumped timing to 2.0 and my cold air intake you can punch it at 25 or 30 and it will leave two black marks

We have 93 here, I was considering running it, but it is like 30 cents more. IDK if I will see the mpg gains to warrant bumping it.

I am running 93 with level 2 tow and +2.0 timing, I went to level three for one day, ended up racing a ford suv/car thing and beat it buy 1 car length.

I noticed with +12 +10 +8 shift firmness on my level 2 I can bark the tires from 1-2, on level three I can really break them loose from 1-2.

Can't wait for my custom 93 tune!

Btw I get 13.9MPG atm, dad thinks its cause the LSD is locked up and the clutches are shot, thats what I get for doing a burn out.

Exactly! duno how i worded it before, but it just gets up to speed much quicker. Not necesarilly more horsepower, jsut better shift point possibly? It shifts nice and hard like the diesel now. Love that feelin'!

I'm runnig on level two hahaha i spun tires on a semi-wet road with it in motion!turned slow onto the road, at about 15 hit WOT and started spinnin! It was a great feeling, even chirped gears a little, never heard that in my little 4.6 before
