No to the throttle body spacers.

Intake's are not worth it unless you get a programmer with custom tunes. I am not sure at this time what is available for your truck as some of the companies do not have products out for the 09's + yet. Someone else will know for sure tho.

A good tune and an enclosed intake would be a nice addition to your truck.

Vanna, spin that wheel again

Those are both poor choices.

Stay with the stock intake. Put that towards an investment in proper custom tuning. SCT or Gryphon.

EDIT: here, read this: https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...highlight=dyno

Notice the results on 85-Octane. And, note the comments on the STOCK intake. HyperCrap is not even in the same league. K&N? a waste of money.

I agree - If you REALLY want to improve the intake, just add a "diy" type conversion that gets rid of the restrictive snorkel at the end. The conversion will cost $0 to maybe $10.00, depending on whether you simply remove the snorkel or replace it with a larger diameter tube.

You CAN get an X3 custom tuned for that model year truck right now. The Gryphon (and the Edge) are still not available. I think MAYBE, Edge is not going to bother releasing an Evolution (that Bill could convert to a Gryphon) for that model year now that they have the CS and CTS. PHP will be able to custom tune the CS and CTS soon, I think.
