sct programmer changing levels
sct programmer changing levels
To change levels with the sct programmer do you just need to change the octane level? I thought there was going to be levels 1,2,3 in options but it doesnt say anything about levels?
I have mine set on 87, egr off, tow off, and adjusted the shift pressures, does that mean im only on level 1?
and what does it do if you say it has a cold air intake? I have the gotts mod and straight piped with a k&n drop in. Idk if I should have the programmer to aftermarket intake with these mods done?
Thanks for the help

What tuner? Where did you buy it? We need much more information. Don't get caught up on 'levels', there are no levels unless you've got an Edge or the Gryphon.
The SF3 comes with preloaded tunes but I don't know if it's got tunes for different air intakes. It's not going to have one for the Gotts Mod though.
If you bought an Xcal3 with custom tunes on it than the tuner needed to know what kind of mods you have, what different tunes you wanted, and what octanes you were planning on running with each tune.

When we talk about "Levels", we're referring to the paradigm that Edge/Gryphon programmers use. You have a completely different beast. You need to be talking to SCT, or, someone who has the Livewire that knows more about this platform than most of us do.
