Gryphon Custom Tunes

I asked on PHP's forum and didn't get a response.

Does anyone know if there is a way to tell if my Gryphon sent to me by PHP already has the custom tunes on it vs. the stock tunes?

Sorry, I didn't see your post there.

Yes, there is a way:

Go to the main menu on the programmer, select [Diagnostics] -> [Tech Support] -> [Version Info]. In the calibration version, it should read "0.x.xxxx" where the last 4 x's are [usually] the same as the serial number. If it looks like this, then you have the custom tuned files. If not, (if the calibration looks like 1.x.xxxx") then the unit has the canned tunes.

To restate - any calibration that looks like 0.x.xxxx is a CUSTOM build. All calibrations that begin with "1", i.e., 1.x.xxxx are CANNED calibrations.

Hope this answered your question.
