So I'm ready to do it... My ? is... How other then emailing the form can it be ordered?

For one reason or another I can't sign the form at the bottom.

And now I can't even get to the web site. My work now blocks PHP...

And I don't have a computer at home... The closest thing is my I-Phone LOL

If I can print the from can it be faxed...

 

I have the order form saved on my PC if you want me to e-mail it to you. As far as I have seen e-mailing the order form is the only way but by me e-mailing to you at work then you could just fill it out, digital sign it and e-mail to Cory.

The form can be FAXd. Possibly, you could go to a library where you could access the internet and print the form?
