Top end power lacking with Edge

OK, so I just recieved my edge in the mail Thurs. night and put it on Fri. My tank was empty so I went ahead and filled up with 93. I tried the tow tune tune first and it had good low and mid power, but above 4,000rpm seemed lacking. I set it level 3 after that and low and mid power seemed better, but again at about 4,000 rpm' s it seemed to lose steam. I did a 0-60 run on it and got a 9.0 sec. Is there a setting that could be tweaked to make it better? I left the timing alone because still had a 1/4 tank of 87 before I filled up.

Truck is stock
5.4L '04 screw 4x4
3.73 LS

The Level 3 tune already advances timing for you because it "thinks" you are using at least 91 octane gas. My guess is, the PCM "pulled" timing on you to prevent detonation when you stepped on it using Level 3 with 87 octane fuel.

If I were you, I'd set it back to Level 2, drive the truck till the tank is nearly empty (my low level light comes on when I still have 5 gallons on board), and then fill it with the high octane blend. If you put 93 octane in, you can probably advance the timing by 1 degree in a Level 3 tune, since it is meant to handle 91 octane or better.

i got 7.5 seccond 0-60 with level 2... try that if you are using 87 oct gas.... if you want more power, go 93 octane with level 3... you will love it...
