Cams should be way further down the list ... How about full exhaust, custom tuned Xcal3, quality cai, e-fans, underdrive pulleys, supercharger? Cams for mod motors are nothing like throwing a set of cams in a LS1.

I never researched e-fans or underdrive pulleys..
What are their benefits to the truck and up gains? Do I need tunes for those

The E-Fans and UDPs are probably worth 15-20 rwhp. The E-Fan is just an electrical fan. It's powered by the battery instead of the motor which increases power. A lot of new cars have them from the factory. UDPs are underdrive pulleys which change the size of the pullies to turn the "accessories" like the A/C or power steering less to make more power. They are both the same principle of reducing parasitic loss.

Not to mention, more power and the ability to do custom tuning if you ever go extreme with the mods.

Goto "group buys/purchases" in this forum.
Troyer did have a special going on these.
