As you already know, next week is our scheduled monthly phone closure. Due to the fact that 1/2 of PHP is suffering from what we believe is food poisoning, we are moving our phone closure up one week. We simply don't think it would be fair to offer mediocre customer service this week -- due to being understaffed -- and then close down as scheduled next week to focus on tuning and projects.

We can, of course, be reached by e-mail and through our forum, though responses will probably be delayed, and we will continue to process and ship orders throughout the week. Please know that orders that were scheduled to ship late last week will be shipped this week.

The tuner, himself, isn't sick. It's his right arm -- a.k.a. Corey -- that is. Unfortunately, that means that he has to be me, too, in addition to doing all the tuning! I'll be going back to bed shortly. Can feel a fever kicking up.
