Suggestions For Gryphon Updates

First off, I love the my Gryphon! It made an unbelievable difference. I don't think that I will ever own another stock vehicle again! In playing with some of the options, I do have a couple suggestions. I was playing with the shift firmness and noticed that when I went back a second time to adjust them, I had to reset all the custom options. I think it would be nice for it to save the custom options and be able to edit them without having to reset everything. Also, I think it would be nice to see the 1/4 time and mph and the 0-60 time go to the 100ths digit. Right now, if you run 16.06, it says 16.1. Maybe I'm the only one that thinks that, but oh well. Just my thoughts!

It DOES save the options you have edited, but you have to "reload" them. Simply go to "Reload Previous Settings" first thing after opening the Custom Options menu and you will be able to reload all your customized settings in one keystroke. In fact, if you don't set the Gear Ratio and Tire Size when you open the Custom Options menu, you're going to find it has loaded possibly incorrect "placeholder" values for both. Once you have set these to proper values, using the "Reload Previous Settings option recovers those too.

Thanks for letting me know that! That will help with fine tuning stuff. I would still like to see the extra digit for 0-60 and 1/4 mile results though.

It's possible Bill could change the display, but since the readout cannot adjust for wheelslip, I doubt the extra precision would be meaningful.

What I mean is, when you run the 1/4 mile or 0-60, it shows your time in 4 digits. For example 16.03. Then when you look at the records, it rounds it to 3 digits, 16.0. What I would like to see is the record showing all 4 digits and not rounding. Because if you run a 15.96, it will round it up to a 16.0.

Good clarification! I'm sorry that the acceleration thing from a standstill is not my bag, so I've NEVER even tried any 0-60 or 1/4 mile runs.

But, now I DO understand. Yes, it would be nice if the record had the same precision as the values the unit recorded. I would think Bill MIGHT be able to fix this, if you asked him and if he had time to do it.
