sct programmer and jlt intake

sct programmer and jlt intake

i just got done installing and intake and sct tuner man does it put out the power now im just needing help adjusting like wot and other things if anyonw out there can help let me know please also on the interstate if i punch it sometimes it will pop like its starving of fuel i have banks 3.5 inch exhaust with a 3.5 inch turn down do i need to need to set it so it adds more fuel like i said seems like its starving of fuel when i get on it really hard thanks for ur time

that intake needs a tune mapped for it- is that what you got?if so contact your tuner who mapped it-you shouldn't need or be adjusting WOT-imho

it does have one for it but im thinking my exhaust is so big its flowing so fast its needing more fuel i upped the wot and it fixed it

fyi-a catback exhaust does not deem a richer tuning at wot-now long tube headers and moving o2 sensors is another story

3.5 inch exhaust is overkill you dont make enough power to need to run that big exhaust, you need to get to the dyno and look at your A/F before you F up your truck doing seat of the pants changes.

i understand that i need to get to a dyno i plan on doing that for sure but its the cat back exhaust from that comes from banks and it come 3.5 inch but it dumped instead of exiting out in the factory place

whether it's dumped or how banks made it has nothing to do with the tune

is this a 3 valve motor??? if so you are running way lean, remove the intake and do not reinstall it until you get a custom tune or else you will blow your motor
