I got in my Xcal 3 almost 2 weeks ago and I finally had a chance to install it this week but when I plugged into my laptop it couldn't pick up the tuner because it said it could find the necessary software. I downloaded the drivers from SCT's website because thats what Justin told me try and still nothing. Anybody ever have this issue before with there tuners?

I've tried plugging in on 2 computers and same result on both.
