CAI and Custom Tunes

I have a Evo custom tuned for my CAI. I want to put my stock cai back on. My question is can i still run the same tune or do I have to get it tuned again. Any help would be great.

5.4 3v K&N #77 series cai. I think I am going to have to get it re tuned.
