actually he's got a positive displacement supercharger, a larger TB and less restrictive inlet will help him out, Low and Fast check out the killer chiller it may help you out and you deffinantly need a custom tune

 

granted a tb might not do much naturally aspirated but in a supercharged application pushing 8-9 psi being useless? news to me. i would have thought opening up a restriction thats being pressurized would help a little....
