read tunes in pro racer software

when you buy a tune from differant tuners i understand it can only be changed by the original tuner.now say i have a tune i like but like the shifting setup in another tune, can the dealers look at the tune of another tuner and add those changes to his?i have two tunes, one has a better shifting setup than the tune im using so i thought maybe the dealer whos tune i like could modify his by looking at the setup on the other tune.

No. The tunes for SCT are written in .mtf format and converted to .ll3 format when you get them. The second tuner would have to have the original .mtf file to see the parameters.
