I took my edge out over the winter because I would always have to re plug it back in because the lcd screen didn't like the cold. I re-installed it today and went to program it but it said I needed to update it first, thought I'd do it later and now my truck won't start.
I download the latest firmware onto the edge and tried again to re-load it. It says it is a 0 in the corner so it means it is stock right? The only thing I notice different is there is dashes where my mileage is but it says my milage after a few seconds. Anyone have ideas or suggestions on what else to try? They are closed until monday, plus it's pacific time so that isn't until noon here. The model is EEF2400, Version 3.13 and 4/06 for the manufactured date. It is being installed on an 04 if that matters. No problems until I plugged it back in today either.

 

If you got them from PHP you can always try the emergency number they have posted on the site.

Level 0 IS stock, and if your truck is running, I'd say it was running on a stock tune.

Bill Cohron at PHP WILL help you if Edge doesn't. But, I'd talk to Edge first.
