Question 1715 in F150 vs Expedition

I have a 2000 F150 5.4 super cab 4x4 and a 2002 Expedition 5.4 4x4. I am switching the Superchips 1715 between them and I notice that the Expedition will pull to 5500 rpms at WOT in 1st gear before the upshift and the F150 will upshift at @4900. Is that because it has the 4r100 vs the 4r70w? The F150 has JBA shorties, Magnaflow sido (lightning style), AF-1 intake, and Denso Iridium plugs. I am wanting to get a custom tune for the F150 so I don't have to switch out every time. What is the difference in the 1715 and a custom tune as far as power goes with the mods that I have?
