vmp

i dont think they are getting my emails.....i hope.......i sent them a log after i threw a code and i didnt hear back after a week so i sent another email and still nothing after 2 weeks so i just sent them one but it came back to me

Emails are a PITA. Why not just call them? Talk directley too them and acomplish more in 5 minutes than you will in 3 days of emails.

Thats like saying I have a issue with my truck, im gonna call me dealer and accomplish something!

Meh, I would compare calling VMP and talking to Justin about the tunes he made for your truck more like having an issue with the truck and having a conference call with the people that designed and engineered your truck....

Bartak i seem to be having technical difficulties with my Bud Light can, it's not opening correctly. Can i call you for help? Emails may take too long. Word on the streets is that you are an expert in this field (i remember an old picture of your home theater system).

You need to use the email that he sent your tunes in and reply through it.

thats what ive been doing

and no havnt gotten ahold of him yet ill call today

that sucks. when i had an issue with my tune i emailed him the problem and had a new tune in a day or two

yeah this was my second problem and the first one i had a new tune promptly but i think he ist getting my emails for some reason
