Justins Tunes kick a s s.

Well i got my custom tune from Justin today! All i can say is WOW! Thumper is right about this guy. His tunes are awesome.
I got his 87 Octane Performance tune with moderate MPG to see what thumper was talking about. Well its all he says and more! I'll get his 87 perf tune with normal GPM next.
With Troyers tunes i had to put my foot on the gas more to get her up and going. Also my shifts from 1 st to 2nd i did not like. Would hang on to 1st till about 3000 to 3500 rpm's then shift and that was under normal driving and not tearing it up from a standing start.

Emailed Justin a few time about the tunes over a few days and i finally made the decision to get one. Once he had my info i got the tune the next morning! I loaded it into my X3 and then into my truck. And i was WOWED again. Just like when i got my Edge for the first time.
His tune has power throughout all peddle positions. The truck shifts like stock almost and is firmer. You touch the peddle and your head gets thrown back.
Im very impressed and happy! His tune is like my Edge and my Troyer tune all rolled into one smoken tune.
Anybody thinking of getting some tunes give Justin a shout! You will have your tunes in a few days or even a few hours like me. Instead of a few Months.
Thanks to Thumper for steering me to Justin.
Also a big Thanks to Justin for a great tune.
I know where ill be getting my tunes from now on.

Congrats, and welcome to the growing family of VMP TUNED trucks here on the forum. I have been EXTREMELY HAPPY with the tune's I have.

What is GPM?

I'll be getting my Stang, custom tuned by VMP as well.... Just waiting on the money to build back up. Funny how that works!

Take Care!

Sweet, I'm glad you're that impressed !! Just goes to show you don't have to wait months for something that can take literally a day to do and get even better results. Not to mention Justin's prices are better. I think he's going to increase prices, they'll still be better than everyone else's, but you better order soon if you want the current prices !!

www.VMPTuning.com will have all of his contact information. The "worksheets" are on his website under custom tuning or something like that. You'll be able to find it. Once you fill that out and send in the order just wait until he emails you the tune. Once you get the tune just download Liveload from SCT's website and you'll be able to put the file onto the device. It's really easy.

I think you can save your old tune. Mine was emailed to me so i dont have to worry about it. Select which spot you want to upload the tune to and it will over write the old one.
Try it out for $50 bucks like me it was worth it.
I got his Moderate economy 87 Performance tune. Its great plenty of punch as soon as you touch the gas, unlike my old tune.
Hmmmm i wonder what his normal tune would be like if his moderate economy tune is this good. I may get two more from him later.

It is always best to get the truck dyno'd. Some custom tuners have so much experience with the dyno's, that they can write you a very effective, and near spot on tune based on information that you send them, without ever seeing your truck.

05supercrew do you have Live Load downloaded on your computer? You'll need that to save the tune to the device once your emailed the tune.

Those mods won't really need go on the dyno. Justin has done so many vehicles on the dyno that he knows what works and what doesn't as far as tuning goes. Just fill in the sheets on the order page with all of your information and let him know what kind of mods you've got. What you'll need to do is buy the Xcal2 which comes with 3 custom tunes of your choice. It's $395. Troyer's price is $425 with the forum discount. Justin's prices are going to go up pretty soon though, it's going to be cheaper than TP though.
