X Cal 3 and K&N CAI

X Cal 3 and K&N CAI
Okay, I had my truck tuned in 2007 with Troyer tunes, however in the last couple of months I have added a K&N CAI, my question is, do I need to change anything/ adjust anything such as the air and fuel ratio?
