xcal 2 Problem need help

I got in my xcal 2 today from vmp and I plug it in, select install tune, and after I do it my truck wont start. Only when I return it to stock my truck will start. Any Ideas am I doing something wrong?

You did not report that your PCM had been updated by ford. Read the strategy and email it to me.
