How do i reprogram my computer with my cortex super chip

I have a 04 f150 new body style and have a 02 sensor stuck on "lean" sensor 2 bank 2. I also have a k&n cai and rousch cat back exhaust on it. How do i reprogram my computer to clear this so it goes away? 5.4l btw.

Custom tune from VMP,TP or PHP for the CAI will fix lean condition. You could put stock system back on for a test.
