My question is on the trans settings,when 1st gear is set 2mph higher shifting out,should the downshift be set to 2mph higher also, same with converter lock set at 2mph higher should the unlocking be set at 2mph higher

That would be the way I would do it, Chris. You move the TC lock and unlock points "in synch" with the shift points to prevent a "harsh", locked shift.
