I lost my book on my superchips tuner...but I thought that there was a pulley tune. Was I correct?

 

if yours is a later model superchips 1715 then yes, it is called the hp4 tune. for use with max of 4# larger pully and 91 or higher octane.

If you have an early 1715 then no there was no pully tune.

btw watch the tune in the cold weather as it can ping on tip in with 91 and 40 deg temps

 

Thanks for the info...I found my book finally. I'm going to call superchips and ask them if the HP4 tune will help or hurt with a 6lb pulley.

 

i'd be leary on a 6# as it could have a bit too much timing aswell as you could peg your maf on a 6#.
