I finally managed to get a chip for my truck only shortly after getting it realize that im not sure how some of it works. is there anyone that can expain to me about the shift pressure and shift points. some things in particular I would also like to know is how to use my superchip to increase my acceleration from 0 to 60. I have no problems with 60 and up. And then how do you set it to get the most gas mileage out of your truck?

All the manual contains is how to install it and all the features it has but it dosent go in to any details on what adjusting the shift points or pressure would do.

No I havent called superchips though, I figured calling them was for mostly instillation problems. I will try that though and see what they tell me.

Late answer but shift points and shift pressure will mostly be trial and error from my experience. Start at stock and work your way up. Superchips has a setting of it's own but it was a bit to harsh for my taste.
Still I was never completely satisfied and returned those settings to stock.
If I were to race for money I may revisit but Ford came up with software updates that took the slop in 1st gear.
