Got my Gryphon.

Well I got my tuner today, and wow shipping was fast. I have not gotten the custom tunes that will be a few weeks away..boooohoooo. I was wondering is there anything we need to do to update these or not. Do the tuners have all the latest software installed or do they need to be updated ever? Thanks.

If you have a Gryphon, Bill has updated its firmware and version info. You don't have to do anything except:
1. Read the manual (so you know what you're doing).

2. Install it on your truck and enjoy the improved performance.

3. Wait patiently for the custom tunes which will make things even better!
Glad you've joined the PHP camp!

I got my Gryphon last week and put it to use this weekend. I towed an enclosed 6x12 dual axel trailer fully loaded with household items, the bed was crammed full and a full back seat plus two adults and towed for approx 230 miles. The truck towed like never before, I mean the difference was night and day ! I averaged 70-75 on the highway and hand calculated a 12.8mpg. Which I thought was fantastic.

DA-ANG! Glad to hear that Bill's doing his job well. I'll pass on the kudos when he gets back in town!

Congrats on the wise purchase. I must say I am envious. I have not had time for my Edge to get Gryphonated. Although with the Edge I have seen some serious power increases.
