Oops! My error! For some reason (probably advanced senility) I thought he had an Edge. Of course Edge will not take a Gryphon back. :o

If you have a Gryphon -- whether you bought the programmer from us or had it upgraded -- everything is done through us.

After seeing Wes's post, we called him, and Bill isn't sure if the blown fuse affected the programmer or the OBDII cable. Wes is sending it back to us, and Bill will see if he can fix it. If not, we'll warranty it. No biggie.

Nice to know! Good post Corey!
I guess i was too timid to ask, seeing how upgrading to a gryphon was so CHEAP!
thanks

sorry about not being able to post much...haven't had much time to be on here...but WOW is the customer service over there great...i was changing tires for the race car and i get a call from bill out of no where and we tried to diagnose the problem...even though we didn't get it goin i was super impressed...its not to often that a company personally calls you to help with a problem even before you called them to tell them about it...... if you blow a fuse or pull one out wouldn't it just cut power to the module kind of like the battery dying?? i guess i didn't know this could happen

In case you've been following Wes's plight, you'll be relieved to know that he only blew up his OBDII cable. No worries... we replaced it and shipped it back out.

Again, one of the main reasons you find me on PHP's bandwagon! They seem to always put us first! Not many do that anymore.
