I am getting an ID Version Error. Stating unable to determine Gryphon Version. Perthe error box:
Unable to determine Gryphon Version. The unit may be in "run" mode. The Gryphon may be in "run" mode, is currently set as a stock Writer: or the Memory is corrupted.
If text is visible on the display, please disconnect the Gryphon from the USB cable and then reconnect.

There is no display on the Gryphon when on the computer or in the truck, it just lights up with a blank screen.

I am not Corey, but did you run the update on the Pegasus software and on the Gryphon? Just a quick thought.

 

I'm no genius, AND I'm not Corey. But shouldn't you, being a genius yourself, just call Power Hungry Performance, your vendor, for technical support? As opposed to posting on a public forum, and then hoping that they see the message in time to respond to your request for help? Wouldn't a phone call resolve your issue in a more timely manner?
