Yes it is the same on on the 5.4 and the 4.6 I asked that question when i got mine and it does work. And it doesn't matter if it is 2wd or 4wd.

I just got a ton of emails from people wanting the tuner. I currently have a deal pending with someone. If that deal falls through I will post on here so everyone will know it's still up for grabs......
