What brand of gas do you run? My truck runs best on Shell, Exxon, or Chevron gas. Stay away from cheap gas!!!! The throttlebody spacer is probably not doing you much good and your flowmaster is really only good for noise.

take off tb spacer first-take off cai and see if condition goes away-edge's are not designed for cai's-sounds like you have a driveability issue -contact bill cohron at power hungry performance for a custom tune for your edge

I would switch to a Borla or Dynomax muffler. Believe it or not, there can be performance differences.

Actually despite what he said, Flowmaster mufflers have shown to decrease tq numbers on the dyno.

Ditch the TB spacer, it's a paper weight. It's not giving you any benefits other than extra weight. I'd look into getting a custom tune from Bill at PHP. Ditch the Flowmaster for a Magnaflow or Dynomax muffler. Maybe consider getting a new intake as the K&N intakes aren't exactly the very best intake out there but I'd consider that down the line. I'd also highly consider getting a set of E-Fans, they can net you about 10 rwhp.

Seriously? You'd spend 300 bucks to net maybe 1-2 rwhp? the K&N 57 series, when tuned for, will net comparably as much power as a 3" AF1 or S&B, plus K&N is CARB certified (unlike both the AF1 and S&B) and has a lifetime warranty. What more could you want? lol.

I agree on the E-fans though, and lose the TBS, and swap out the flowmaster for a borla, magnaflow or dynomax.

I'd like to see your dyno graphs to support your claim. Don't stick to your guns just because you own that intake, it's a little biased. I did say that I'd consider it down the line for the very reason that it won't net that much gain but when you're trying to squeeze every bit of power out of it without doing major mounds, every mod counts.
