I missed the last sale. Does anyone know if they have regular sales. I sent an email but it got bounced back undeliverable. I see the regular edge comes up for sale at different vendors from time to time. GO PHP!

 

Yes, I would like to know this as well. I missed out on the sale they had recently and have been debating on buying a tuner for the pickup. Would be nice to hear PHP's input on this one.....

The mark up on the programmers is probably far less than what the general public thinks, or we'd just price the Gryphon at $445.40 (10% discount) regularly.

I will run it past Billy and see what he thinks about running a sale during the summer.

He never went to sleep last night and finally lay down at about 10AM... I'll ask him after I wake him.

 

This poor guy is working himself to death. We should all back off our orders in the interest of his health.

I guess this isn't the kind of business where as you grow, you can hire others to do the work, then just worry about supervising what they do. Sort of like a chef who has to make the food himself, as opposed to teaching a crew of line cooks the secret recipe.

Good to hear that business is good though. In today's economy, you can't complain about having more work than you can handle.

wow for 445, i wish i knew about a gryphon before i bought my edge. on the other forums i just heard about people having edge's with bill's tunes. i finally bought m edge for 440 from a local dealer. then just days after i bought it, i found out the info on how to get bill's custom tunes. with the whole process, i wish i waited another few days to find out how to get bill's tunes.

so if i found out more info or waited longer, i would of got a gryphon for only 5 more dollars. instead i i had to do a trade in process. and am definitely spending more money this way. at least i'm dealing with great people with great service.

and also, not to mention i sent my edge for the transformation to a gryphon after only 8 days of owning it!!!!

 

Filipino, they wouldn't let you return the Edge? I'd assume that there would be a 30 day return policy or something like that. How much was it to upgrade? I was looking at buying one on eBay and then sending it in to Bill, but if it's about the same I'll avoid the hassle and go straight to him.

Count me in if there's a sale coming up again, 'cause at that price ($445) it's common sense to go with the Gryphon. I had been debating on getting an Edge but until recently I hadn't seen this forum. After reading everyone's testimonials, I believe I have made my decision. I'll email my information as soon as I hear there is one, since I like to get the best bang for my buck - as does everyone - and maybe by then Bill will have made it through the rush of everyone else's orders.

 

i couldn't return it because i've already installed it in the car! and i wish i was like you and researched past the other forums before buying!

No you can't. (Blame Edge for it if you MUST blame someone. Edge will not let their programmers be tuned. They're worried about being shutdown for violating CARB standards in California, I believe).

You HAVE to "trade" your Edge in for a Gryphon. And, it's a lot cheaper than you might imagine, but I cannot give you the cost, only PHP can do that.

Once you have a Gryphon, Bill will write you custom tunes at $50 each. (A good deal if you ask me). That's what I did.

Call him and talk to him! You'll be glad you did!
