I just updated my Edge and there is a new parameter for "Converter lock" and "Converter unlock". What is this?
Tried searching couldn't find anything.

Pretty sure thats the rpm/throttle that the converter will lock or unlock. I believe I've read Bill advise in the past that a user should not change that, it was implemented for one of his users that had a very specific issue.
