scan guage II

I have a 98 f150 v8 4.6L, and i was wondering what this scan guage II is, and wil it work with my truck. I heard it tells you your gas mileage and etc.

i have one i just bought on friday they have 30 unconditional refund check out there website i love mine trans temp fuel mileage, horsepower, intake air temp, rpm and lots more well worth the money
