ECU Wiring Q's

I've got a '99 5.4L 4x4 4R70W F150.

I'm doing a few mods of which I won't disclose until I am finished... But I need some help with the ECU wiring. I have the wiring diagrams for the ECU and engine control sensors. However, I don't have a legend for the labels, etc.

For instance, Pin 35 on the ECU wiring harness is labeled as "Heated Oxygen Sensor #12 (HO2S) Input."

Does this mean it's bank 1 (passenger side), sensor 2 (post cat)?
OR does it mean bank 1 (pre cat) sensor 2 (driver side)?

Also, the diagrams that I have show a CHT (Cylinder Head Temp) sensor but don't show a CTS (Coolant Temp sensor). The CHT sensor has a bubble pointing to it saying, "Indicates cooling system failure, initiates fail-safe cooling." Am I correct to assume that that fail-safe cooing is this sensor's only function, and the CTS controls warm-up enrichment, etc.? IF SO, what pin/pins is the CTS on the ECU?

Another question, is the "PCM Hot All Times" wire on pin #55 the KAM wire?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which is pretty much obsolete. It has been replaced with PDS/IDS.

Those are diagnostics systems... They won't tell me which wire goes to which sensor. I basically need definitions for the Alldata diagrams.

The passenger side sensors are labled as 11 and 12. 11 is the front one and 12 is the rear. Pin 35 is the measured signal that the sensor sends to the PCM. Sensor #21 is driver side front and 22 is driverside rear.
Does this mean it's bank 1 (passenger side), sensor 2 (post cat)?

Your truck doesn't have a Coolant temp sensor. You realy have to dig to find out that the CHT sensor is used to repalce the CTS.

Another question, is the "PCM Hot All Times" wire on pin #55 the KAM wire?
The Ford manual shows it as the Keep Alive Power but if you cut power to this circuit it should erase the KAM
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
