Total gain amounts
What is the total gain that can be achieved with a programmer, exhaust set-up, and intake? Theoretically it can be around 80hp right? 15-20 for the exhaust, 11 or so for the intake, and 30-45 for the programmer. I realize it will be based on whatever combo you choose and the manufacturer you decide to go with but on a 5.4l motor these would be significant gains.
What are some of the gains that ya'll have been able to get?

My friend pulled 55whp with a tune alone... but this was on a car that is turbo-charged, and the tunning alowed for more boost pressure (which is likely the largest source for of increased power).
I think a healty 40rwhp could be seen with breathing and tuning upgrades. More important than out right horsepower increase though is the increase in response and power under the curve.
