Argg!!! my edge froze up while I was updating it and now the files are corrupted and the lightning software just says to call customer support. I think this is the last straw for me. Im going with custom tunes from from VMP or Troyer

 

Unfortunately I think Bill is gone for the weekend, but he has a trade in program on his new Gryphon if you like the edge's features, and it comes with custom tunes. But I'm sure he could assist you.

The first strawS were the alerts dont work, my tire size wont stay, it randomly freezes and Iv never really been to happy with the performanced gains.

 

You won't be disappointed if you go with a custom tuned Xcal2 from VMP.

 

Tell me more about this trade in program. Please.

I think i went throught the same stages as you with my edge buuuuuuut.
I have to admit...
my truck is better with the edge than without!

as for corrupted edge they should be able to fix it, only kicker is you'll need to pay the one way shipping on it. Mine went curropted and it took 12 days total to ship it , fix it , and return ship it to me, and i live in Hawaii where shipping costs are high and everything takes 2 days longer than usual!
