Im looking to improve my gas milage and im BONE STOCK its a 2003 f150 super crew with the 5.4L

Ive been looking at a ton but im on a tight budget so which is the best bang for the buck?

Oh and ive been on here since 2003 i just cant remember my login
so im no newb... i just havent done anything with this and i figured why not start now since gas is INSANE and i dont want to get rid of my truck

Another option is a custom tuned Xcal2 from Justin at VMP Tuning.

 

ordered my troyer xcal3 and intake today. very pleased with customer service.
