my day at Troyer Performance

I spent all day Friday at Troyer getting a stage two put on my 07.

I cant say enough good things about that group. They treated me like family from the moment I arrived.

I got there early and as soon as they pulled up, they waved to me, said HI and got me inside.

They took the truck and offered me coffee.

At lunch time they even bought me pizza!

I had the opportunity to listen to them do business all day and listen to I dont know how many phone calls. Many (3-4) of these calls were from other tuners asking mike how to solve this problem or that problem.

I heard first hand how they handle customers and I can tell you they are way more patient than I would ever be. They listen and make every effort to help (even people who I would tell to go jump in a lake).

I listened to a call from the owner of Air Force One, where they had a long discussion on how to satisfy a customer of troyers who had a problem. Mike's staff is top notch and they all care about the customer and they not only say it but they live it.

They worked on my truck till after 6 and got me on the road. Since it was snowing to beat the band, they even called me the next day to see if I lived on the way home.

Mike took me up to his office and showed me how he tunes and the software he uses. I still think he was speaking chinese, but I guess that stuff works.

Bottom line is I saw mike as a stand up guy, who is just trying to make a living doing what he loves doing.

Oh and by the way, I love how the truck runs. Its just the right amount of kick and not over the top.

One day this summer I plan to go back for a roush SC and really get myself in trouble with the wife.

Thanks Mike and staff, you guys are great.
