Have you tried updating it to the latest firmware? You could have buggy firmware. Just a thought!

 

I updated my Edge about a month ago so it should be up to date. I can try again just to be sure but I don't think it will help. I put it back in today because the temperature reached zero degrees (32F) & it worked perfectly again.

 

Mine does same thing.. just got it and thought it was deective. remote start and cold.. 10-25 degrees..

Glad to know its a known issue.
