benefits of XCal3

I'm going to place an order soon with troyer and purchase all the goodies. Electric fans, ignition upgrade, AF1, Throttle body, 90 MAF, high flow cats, x-pipe, pulley set, programmer and a shift kit. I already have a true dual exhaust with flowmaster 40 series mufflers. What kind of numbers will i see with these goodies, and what kind of power can i expect from the programmer alone? I also plan to have the truck re-geared with 4.10's. I have a 2000 expedition with the 5.4L.

You will probably pick up 20-30 horses for everything you are doing. The programmer will net you 10-15 horses alone.

You definately don't need a 90mm MAF. The stock one if good until 330-350rwhp

You will prally gain 30-45 at the wheels with all them mods, but you need to drop that slowmaster muffler and ger a magnaflow, as for the TB spacer you dont need it I use the stock one and I make over 400 to the tires

is that all because i'm planning on adding all the parts found in the stage 4 package which adds 100 HP to the flywheel and i don't think there is a 50% power loss to the wheels. I was hoping for around 80 to the wheels.

Nope, not really. Drivetrain loss is hungry on these trucks with the amazing 4-spd auto transmission.
