I just got a call from Crystal at Troyer. She wanted to confirm my strategy code and some other things. I told her everything was spot on. Anyway, I am at 4 weeks today. She stated that Mike has been hard at work trying to knock these tunes out for Christmas. There may be a good chance that my wait time may not be as long as I thought For that matter, everyones wait time "may" be a little quicker. Anyway......

I don't think I'll get it by Christmas, but it may not be as late as early Feb. now. BTW? 05supercrew how are you liking your tunes??? Is your truck still adapting to the changes? I'd like to hear some more reviews from those of you that just recently received your tunes!

 

hivoltagefx4: Are you planning on dynoing after you get your tunes? I'd love to see some stock vs. tuned dyno charts. I couldn't do it on mine since I have the 3.25" AF1 and running the stock tune while on the dyno would require the old intake.

yeah, i have like 20 miles until im empty. tomorrow im fillin it with union76 91 premium, and loading my premium performance tune for the first time. i like the 87 tune a lot so this one should be even better. getting her dyno'd/datalogged sometime in the next 2 weeks so i figure i need to go through at least a tank on this new tune to get some drive cycles through.

 

I am looking into getting it on the dyno when done. I am about 3.5 hours from Mike's shop. It may be Spring before I do it though. Hopefully the tunes will be good with my K&N 77 Series CAI. If not, I may get a AF1. Bad thing is, I'd have to pay for a new set of tunes.

 

you should be fine. the tunes roar with my K&N, it pulls damn hard in the upper RPMs and sounds pretty mean.

 

Mike chimed in my post and said I would have mine sooner too...I got it today, 9 weeks later I guess that's one week sooner than the 10 weeks

 

I'm just hoping that they will be slowing down a bit on outside projects so that they can start cranking out tunes for us customers.

 

I think you will like the 91 performance and my truck adapted quickly to the 91 tune! Have fun

 

I like them a lot better, I took my brother in law out for a ride and really got on it and my truck took off hard. It put a big smile on my face and he couldnt believe how it pulled up top.

 

Sent my sheets in before thanksgiving. Waiting patiently, the canned tunes do produce a noticable improvement. Curious about the custom tunes.

 

I sent mine in on the 9th. I'd be thrilled if I got mine before or right after christmas.

 

i just got a call too. they said they want to send out my tuner blank and get my codes from my computer. i said fine and i just got an email from UPS saying its been shipped. im at 5.5 weeks right now
