Speedometer re-calibrating Tuner?

I have 22'' wheels on my truck and my speedo is off considerably and I have done tons of reading on tuners, chips etc... I am not wanting a high performance truck. I basically just want to fix my speedo problem. If the tuner does anything else that will be just bonus. I understand that not only does the size of the tire effect my speedo...but it also created problems with my transmission shift timing and my overall MPG. If whatever I get fixes that that would be great. Money is really not the issue I just do not want to get stuck with a cadillac model if I really did not need it... I know almost all of you on this forum and done considerable modifications to your trucks and you have a better need for all of the other tuner adjustements. I am just wanting a straight forward un-biased answer.

So far I am looking at :
Superchips 1714
Edge Evolution
Dioblo Sport Tuner
Hypertech

I know they make a speedcal just for the purpose that I am needing, but I believe they just make them for Mustangs. If anyone has any thoughts...I am open to any suggestions. By the way I have a 2004 Ford Supercrew Lariat. (Non-Heritage) I currently do not have any other modifications done to the truck with the exception of a K&N air filter and 22in wheels. I appreciate any responses.

Superchips just came out with a tirepaq (pn1846) for our trucks to re-cal the speedo. It's $255 on their site and upgradeable to performance mode at a late date if you choose to do so.
