Talking The Mod bug bit me bad

Well I think I am going to pull the trigger and order the Xcal3 and a 3in AF1 CAI. I talked with Crystal at Troyer for the better part of a half hour this morning. I was a little hesitant at first but I have no hesitaions what so ever about ordering anything from Troyer after calling today.

Who cares? I'll tell you who! The Admin of this site, that's who! Rules are rules. You are not supposed to talk pricing on the boards.

Just curious (not trying to make trouble) but as long as he is not affiliated with a particular vendor trying to push products of that vendor, why not allow it? I personally like being informed of good deals and prices whenever they become available. Its part of a community discussion, I personally don't have time to check every website or location, everday, for every part or service I am interested in. It is nice of others to share their findings.

Just my $0.02

Just think if everyone posted there price they paid, Troyers phone will be ringing off the hook. People will be saying well why did he/she pay that much and I have to pay this much. People dont think about shipping to different parts of the country and return customer pricing etc.

You shouldn't appologize...all you did was help Troyer spread the word about the sale they have.

To bad they don't update their web site more often.

Just curious, why not the tuner and 3.5" AF1 combo ? Price is probably the same and every little bit helps with these bolt on mods. Plus, once you get the hang of it, it is only about 10 minutes to swap back the factory intake if you need to.
