Need some help

Well my truck has been acting up with all the electrical stuff going haywire and doing its own thing. I've been calling around trying to see what to do to maybe fix it and most are saying it's going to need reprogramming. If they do the reprogramming, that will mess up my custom tunes from troyer I have waiting won't it? It would basically mean they have to start over? Anyone who can help me I would really appreciate it.

What do you mean all haywire and what gauges/instruments are acting up??? By disconnecting the battery you reset the adaptive strategy. I could not see the program currently in the truck getting messed up for no reason.

I had made a psot about the horn going off and staying on, and then after that the lights began flickering at will, lights would stay on, then go off. The parking lamps would stay on, door locks didn't work on inside or on fob. The fob would sometimes unlock just the front driver door but wouldn't unlcok any others, and it wouldnt lock any of the doors.
