Have had Troyer's tunes on my '05 4.6L Screw for three weeks..

Best thing I've ever done for the truck!!

Barely touch the pedal and it's 40 mph.. I mean instantly.. merging/passing on the highway is stupidly quick for a 6,000 lb. truck!..

I have no times recorded as of yet, but it makes a huge difference. And all it is, seems to me, is that he opens the powertrain up to what it's capable of to begin with.. without the restrictions that Ford builds in to placate the Grandads who may buy these trucks..

I highly recommend Troyer's tunes..

it just so happens that on my way home from work my buddy and i lined up at a stop light. i have an 05 supercab with a 5.4, and he has an 01 supercab 4.6. the last time we did this, i didnt have my tunes and he had me all the way up to about 60mph. today, on my 93 performance tune, i had him the entire time. continued pulling up until we had to stop.

troyer tunes will be the best mod you will ever do.

You should not need changes for an exhaust system. Depending on what intake you going with it will need corrections in the tune.

Edit...cdance, you got spanked by a 4.6 on your stock tune
