I just bought a superchips programmer for my 97 f150 and instaled the performence program have any of you guys had any problems with the superchips programmer?

Which vintage do you have - the single program or the 3 program version?

Don't forget you need to run 91 octane or higher on the Perf tune.

I have been runing 92 oct well I have had a code for cyl head over temp a few times and i was woundering if it had anything to do with the programer

 

Does it pop this code ( post the exact code, please ) running stock?

That's not something a 1715 will normally affect - it's a rather mild tune actually.
