Edge question...

Is there anyway to get Km/hr to display instead of MPH?

At one time there was some code to allow selection between standard and metric units, but I think that code has been removed. I will bring it up again and see if there is any interest in having included in a later update.

Take care.

Yeah - WTF ever happened to Nafta? I mean even a humble Scangauge II can do metric - and now, X-Gauge !!!

I'd love to hear the justification as to why the functionality was removed - as metric is the global standard. What - no F150's sold outside the US?

I think the code was originally in the Attitude, but when the code was converted to handle the Evo interface it was deleted because of memory concerns. When changing the processors to a larger ROM size, I guess it was never put back in. I certainly agree with having it in there. Most of the performance calculations are done using metric values anyway.

Catch ya later.

Also im sure the MPG are based on the US Gallon. Up here in Canada the Canadian gallon is bigger than the Us gallon. But yes k/liter would be nice as a liter is the same there as it is here.

I talked to Edge today and they agreed that they should add support for Metric. It has been added to the development specifications and will be available in a future update release. Don't know when, but soon.
